Rain: We are a rain or shine league, however we do have some guidelines that I need to share considering all of the questions I've received. Both Inverary and loyalist have the right to close their diamonds. If this happens, I will inform the teams that are playing that night. If loyalist have not made a decision prior to the time they close, they requested that teams do not play if there is any puddles or build up of water. 

Make up games: all diamonds are filled for the summer however we again have options. Inverary will try to give us extra time once minor ball is completed. Teams may also opt to take a tie or a 4 point game if they meet again.

Loyalist: we usually book a Saturday or Sunday in August to play several make up games in wilton or Odessa. Lastly, we can not play in lightning. I hope thus helps clear the questions of rain. Captains, please keep in contact with each other as you have been. Thanks Captains and keep up the great work.

Lights: need to be turned off after Inverary games by Home team. Lights are clearly labeled. Do not turn power off to the Canteen. Loyalist games are on a timer.

Bases: Provided in Inverary only.

Scores/Results: must be sent with in 24 hrs by the winning team. Both teams will get a loss if results are not sent.

Schedules: can be requested on the website by any player.

NSA Sanctioned: Teams should request players to register on our website.  Link is provided and takes 3 minutes.  Once a player is registered,  they never have to register again.

Players list: provides an element of protection for being able to play in closing tournament.  Male players need 5 games and female players need 3 games. Names of players is all that's required. 

Opening tournament counts as games played.

Opening Tournament: June 8th and 9th Inverary.  Please let me know if you are not able to make it.

Balls: I'm still waiting for the rest of our order and will arrange a date to meet teams.

Score Books: I hope to provide a score book for you all.

Hello Captains.  Here is some important news. Team Contact Info: 

Is attached.  Please review that it is correct. Team contact emails are also on the website. Our league does not post phone numbers on our site. League rules are also attached. Note. All past updates can also be found on our website.

Balls: I will send out a date prior to the start of the season to meet on a Saturday or Sunday at Cloverdale Park to pick up your home game balls.

Rule Changes:

1. 10 batter rule has now been changed to a maximum of 6 runs per inning as per NSA rules. Still unlimited in the last inning during the regular season.

2. Teams now have an option of playing their games with the Slo-pitch option and you will pitch to your opposition. This must be mutually agreed upon by both captains. 

Opening Double Elimination Warm Up Tournament: June 8th and 9th Inverary.  Please let me know if your team is Not able to make it asap.

Schedules: Have been sent out for the first half of the season to all teams that are up to date with your fees. The league is scheduled to start the week of May 20th.

Captains;

Here is the latest update for you. We have confirmed diamonds with Loyalist. Still waiting on Inverary to confirm our times. We have all of our teams for the upcoming season and will now begin to slowly build the Schedule.  Thanks to all Captains for booking your spots. The remaining balance is $750.00 and is not due until April 22nd. There will be no increase this year.

After April 22nd, I will set a date to meet you all at Cloverdale ball park to answer questions and give you your Home game balls. Our new Website is doing very well and will constantly be updated. If your team is looking for players, please let me know. Any new teams that have not given me your team name, please do as soon as you can. I will update you all when ever i have News for you.
